Billy's project displays the results of a non-scientific poll conducted at www.comicpoll.com in which visitors could respond the the question WHO IS THE MOST UNDERUSED BATMAN VILLAIN?

The published results:

Billy listed a series of circumstances that would that would make these results extremely unrepresentative of the population familiar with Batman comics.

• Need a computer to vote.
• Need to find the site www.comicpoll.com to vote.
• Need to be able to read to vote.
• Not every character can be voted on.
• Not everyone is familiar with all the characters.
• Need to be able to read English to vote.
